In a certain action by the Probate Court of Delaware County, Ohio it was ordered, adjudged & decreed that the following real estate be sold at public auction.  The following listed real estate in accordance with the law cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised price.  Real Estate Sells @ 6PM.

TRACT 1: 8739 Weiser Rd. Being PIN# 619-100-01-024-000 a 21.75+- acre parcel with older home & outbuildings in need of substantial repairs, approximately 12 acres tillable & 7 acres woods. This property was appraised at $104,000.00.

TRACT 2: A vacant 5.978 acre parcel bordering the Delaware Reservoir on Weiser Rd!  Rare opportunity to own close to the water & great building site! This parcel was appraised at $36,000.00.

TRACT 3: Three small tracts totaling 16.416 acres on Waldo Delaware Rd. in Delaware & Marion Counties being divided by US Highway 23 into small tracts. This parcel has annual billboard advertisement income of $1,500.00. This parcel was appraised at $60,000.00.
