1. Read all terms carefully. This is an online only auction, you must register and bid over the internet, and by registering you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this online only auction.

2. Successful bidders are responsible for pick up of all items within the scheduled time.

3. A Buyers Premium of 5% will be added to the final bid price, regardless of method of payment.

4. Payments will be Cash, Check, Visa or MasterCard. Payment will be made at time of pick up.

5. Payments over $2500.00 must be in cash or certified funds.

6. Any check returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $35.00 returned check fee.

7. All sales are FINAL. No refunds or chargeback’s will be issued.

8. The first item/lot will close at 6:00pm EST on the date listed, with one item/lots closing every minute until all item/lots are closed.

9. Extended bidding – If a bid is placed on any item/lot in the last minute of the auction, the bidding will be extended for two minutes on those item/lots, this will continue until there are no bids for two minutes.

10. If you have been outbid you will be notified by email ONLY UNTIL midnight EST the night before the end of the auction. After that time, notices are not sent.

11. Shipping IS NOT available for this auction.

12. We recommend that you inspect all items at the scheduled preview time. Wigton Real Estate and Auction is not liable for any damage, blemishes or misrepresentation of any items.

13. All items are sold “AS – IS” with no guarantees or warranties. Please use the scheduled preview times for any and all inspections.

14. Once you have registered to bid, you will receive an email from Wigton Real Estate and Auction, with your bidder number and password. Your bidder number and password are permanent.

15.  Removal is at the expense and liability of the winning bidder, please make sure you bring help and packing materials/ boxes to pack your items.

16. Please note that if rescheduling for pick up, it must be done before the final day of bidding. Rescheduling will be at the convenience of Wigton Real Estate and Auction, and you will be charged a $15.00 rescheduling fee.

17. ALL items remaining at the end of the scheduled pick up time will be considered “ABANDONED”, unless prior arrangements have been made. The winning bidder of those items will be charged for the items and have a $10.00 disposal fee, per item charged to their credit card on file.

18. Please follow ALL bid increments! Wigton Real Estate and Auction reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not in compliance with the posted bid increments.

19. You will be contacted by email if you are the winning bidder. At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an invoice that lists all items purchased, the purchase price of each item and the total amount that is due. If you have not received your invoice within 24 hours of the auctions closing time, please email Wes @Wigtonauctions.com

20. If someone is picking up items on your behalf, please make sure they have a copy of your invoice. Also make sure they have the funds to pay the balance due.

21. Please do not assume a lot consists of more than 1 item, just because multiple items may be in the same photo. Please note the lot numbers and read all item descriptions.

22. If you mistakenly increase your own bid, place your buyer number in the bid field or make a typo, email [email protected] or call our office at 740-362-0007 with your Name, bidder number, email address and an explanation of the problem. You will receive an email/phone call from Wigton Real Estate and Auction once the mistake has been corrected.

23. NO BIDS CAN BE CORRECTED ON THE FINAL DAY OF BIDDING! Make sure you have double checked your bids before you submit them.

24. Wigton Real Estate and Auction reserves the right to add or remove items, split or combine lots, implement minimum bid increments, accept or reject bids, set reserve prices, extend bidding, close bidding, cancel or reschedule any item, lots or the entire auction at any time.
